Is this good, bad, neither? It seems important if it's enough to post here. But for those outside the NYC bubble, what does it mean for each program?

I don’t know many details but know that part of the reason for the merge is because Mt Sinai Beth Israel hospital is closing, so this is not specific to the psychiatry program itself.
