Now that 2ndaries are starting to be sent out, I was wondering if it was a good idea to print off the 2ndaries on nicer/professional looking paper rather than the white regular paper. Is this a good idea or do most people do this to begin with or will med schools just see right through this?

Thanks.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that med schools don't care. I sincerely doubt it will make one ounce of difference either way.
(If that makes you feel better. Or worse.)

Use the signature Elle Woods pink, perfume-scented paper to spruce up your application. It got her a competitive internship at Hah-vahd Law School! (although technically, it was because the prof wanted some booty) 😉

Some schools make copies of it to hand out to multiple people to read, i.e. interviewers. It couldn't hurt unless you do it on a card-stock material. 👍

Maybe it's me, but if I was an interviewer, and I saw such a level of obsession, I'd be worried. But I bet most interviewers aren't like me.

Hey, it sounds professional to me. If you do it for a job why not for this, isn't it important enough?

It's a total waste. They make ~20 copies of your secondary and personal statement and hand it out to people. LOL, i saw my secondary essays crookedly copied and highlighted by one of my interviewers. Nice paper is just a waste of money.

Make sure to add some sequence and glitter for effect.

Save your money. It's what's on the paper that matters.
