Make sure it's not DI, and if it is monitor lytes closely. 2. There's a little data on amiloride-- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19367330 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18596116 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12680486 NSAID's (esp cox-2 inhibs) apparently could have a role too, but my understanding of that interaction is a lot fuzzier, and seems to have risks as well.
