QHS dosing can help some, if you're still treating BID or TID.
1. Make sure it's not DI, and if it is monitor lytes closely.
2. There's a little data on amiloride--

NSAID's (esp cox-2 inhibs) apparently could have a role too, but my understanding of that interaction is a lot fuzzier, and seems to have risks as well.
