I don’t think admin really has answers because suit thinking is different. I am trying to think of the value added by a staffing company. Covering travel, arranging credentialling, arranging licensing, malpractice coverage? What am I missing?Have you asked your admin why they would rather waste money with a locums instead of negotiating directly with the doc? It makes no sense to me and I used to do full time locums.
