manual dexterity?

So I was just wondering what everyone here has done to improve manual dexterity. I know lots of schools recommend taking sculpture or jewelry making classes or whatever. I've heard that UW emphasizes it a lot so i've tried to work on my guitar and model making skills (dont think they'd like xbox skills listed on the app). What else have ya'll done?
