How do you do this!!

AB is 20% map units
AC is 15% map units
CD is 35% map units
AD is 20% map units

What is the correct order?

Also in a pop of 1000 species the dominate is present in 9898 what is the herto ressive frequency.

AB and AD are equidistant from each other. That means that A is between D and B. CD is 35 units away while AC is 15 units away. So that means that C is between A and B.
D-A + A-C = Distance between D-C

second questions is like this...

10000-9898/10000 will give you the recessive.
so 10000-9898/10000 =.01=q^2
so find q first which will be the square root of .01 which is .1
Then use p+q=1 to find the dominant, p+.1=1 so p=.9
so then use 2pq to find the heterozygote frequency...

Answer: 2(.1)(.9)=.18
