Is there usually a lot of movement for MSTP admissions on this date because of the AAMC guideline that says:

By March 30 of the matriculation year, March 15 for MD-PhD programs, each school or program have issued a number of offers of acceptance at least equal to the expected number of students in its first-year entering class and have reported those acceptance actions to the AAMC Section for Medical School Application Services.

Seems like kind of a soft deadline, but I'm getting antsy!

These are not AMCAS guidelines, but recommendations (read the document closely) for MSTP programs. MSTP programs are under no commitment to follow these to the letter, and, in fact, the "deadlines" tend to float a few days here and there from year to year. The only hard deadline is the final deadline when each MSTP candidate holding multiple acceptances must withdraw from all except one.
