Marked complete without all required LORs

I was marked as "complete" by a school that requires 2 science faculty members and strongly prefers that they are both independent of a PI letter. One of my science professors has not yet submitted the LOR, but I assigned them to the school through AMCAS alongside the other professors.

Is there any risk that my application will get reviewed while it still does not meet the school's preferred LOR requirements? If so, should I do anything about it?
