If a school is waiting on a letter that AMCAS no longer has for my secondary to be complete, and I decide to mark that letter as "No longer sending", will the school notice this or do I have to let them know?

Wondering the same thing. My school changed from a packet system to individual letters at last minute, so all my schools have a "no longer sending" LOR assigned to them.

Can't seem to find a thread on it either... 🙁

I dont even know how to mark letters as no longer sending and I've gotten that email from amcas multiple times about doing so. how is it done? i followed the instructions in the amcas instruction booklet and they didnt even work.

In AMCAS click on the "Letters of Evaluation" tab, and the option should be somewhere on there. I'd give you more precise instructions, but this only works with letters that AMCAS has not yet received, and I've already marked my non-received ones as "No longer sending".

One of my schools instantaneously updated my secondary profile when I did this. So I knew the info was sent to all of them.
