I have received this e-mail from Marquette 1 1/2 week ago. I'd like to know any impressisons/sugesstions about it: "The Committee has decided to “HOLD” making a decision on your application at this time in the process..."

I visited with the director of admission last Summer 2012 and liked my experience and background. So far, I have sent three e-mails (two weeks appart from eachother) letting them know that I am very interested in their program. Any suggestions?

Sincerely,

Jarry

I think they're waiting to see how many people accepted in the first wave decide to actually put down a deposit.

So you already interviewed there if I am understanding this, correct? Are you in-state or OOS?

I received this message last year during the cycle. Don't know what will happen for you, but I got rejected from them (probably the latest letter they could have sent) after getting this message. Just my experience...

I have not received an invitation yet. I am OOS (UT). By the way, do you know if they are still sending interview invitations for Dec?

I am sorry to bear bad news, but I believe they are essentially done interviewing as of November. They may make some exceptions, but in general they finish the process early at Marquette.

That's true, I heard the same from Brian. I heard about the exceptions as well, but do you know when they happen? and what do they depend on?
