Start applying near him and find out

Check with the base hospital or clinic, they have preferences for spouses.

So I'm currently in the Army and have shadowed in the Army setting. First off, there are civilians on all bases who work in the PT clinic so there is a job for you wherever he goes. With this being said, the positions may be filled by someone else, though you should have priority as a spouse (yes you have to be married for this to come into play) if their is an opening over another civilian. When you know where he's going, reach out to ACS to see if they can get you in the system and help you find an opening near you. But like mentioned above, your career may suffer if luck is not on your side. The Army owns his soul, so in turn they own yours as well if you are not willing to live apart from him. Good luck though!

I'm in the Army and have several friends who are either military or civilian PTs that work in military clinics. Also you can look into the Veterans Affairs Hospitals on usajobs website. There definitely are ways to do it, however, it makes you having a career exponentially difficulty.
