@samac are you actually village reading zenge now, or was that a joke? The Dana/zenge interaction felt a little weird to me, why should dana take TME's reads as gospel just bc she flipped village? She was just as in the dark as the rest of us

I rarely pull quotes when I'm catching up but this made me lol because if the wolves missed that claim then I have a bridge to sell them or however the hell that say ok g goes

She only has 20ish posts and only a handful of those are related to the game and of those three came in the last hour
And her actual posts sound fine and I'm not feeling bad about them but 8 content posts in 41 pages isn't enough to lean her high village to me, she seems pretty neutral pending more content

true has made a lot of comments that make me uneasy, in the last game he also made a lot of "when I wolf for the first time" comments but the ones this game have felt different to me, like he's laying it on really thick. Especially the one about how he doesn't understand how a wolf would low post/how he'll be posting so much as a wolf, this is his third (?) game now and it seems weird to still be confused about activity levels being NAI (idk about bowling but I was pretty absent last game as a wolf and genny was as cult leader)

I feel ok with cubs so far, nothing has stood out yet

Most of the discussion today has seemed to be going in circles on whether VCA of last night is helpful or not. I dont really see how it can be? Assuming Barks is village (I believe her role reveal so thats an assumption I'm willing to make), the wolves would've had nothing to lose by jumping onto Mel's bandwagon. It gained A LOT of steam very quickly, and since from the pack's perspective Mel was village they would've had nothing to lose by flopping there-all of the people in the hot seat were non-wolves. And when Mel flipped village, they could claim they panicked and followed the trend because they were village reading barks/TME

Yeah, exactly. I think it IS worth analyzing the content of posts to see who pushed what wagon, but there is no way to "clear" anyone solely based on how they voted last night.

I assumed wolves also noticed lol but figured it was better to just be forthright than have people be like "omg what happened last night" and then out all the non-PRs and therefore out the PRs in the process

I’m not asking her to take TME’s reads as gospel. But if someone has multiple players at the polar opposite end of their reads list as you, that should stand out, and I took issue with Dana pushing me for pushing TME for TME’s reads list, when Dana’s got people on her list at the polar opposite end from TME, ergo, she should agree with me.

With the ensuing discussion I understand Dana’s perspective, although I wish she’d come around to the point I’m trying to make about it.

From what I've seen lots of the cubs sus comes from his alleged defense of fluff (I say alleged because I legitimately don't remember when this happened). So the thinking is if fluff flips wolf then cubs is likely a wolf as well based on his defense of her.
I'm actually somewhat wolf-reading him independent of fluff anyway though, mainly because I was hardcore pinged by one specific post.

I've been reading him villagey based on things besides his alleged fluff defense
And villagers can accidentally defend wolves

I would appreciate fractional points at the very least. But I do recognize and acknowledge, now that I've had a little time to think about it, that yeeting Mel could have been organized by wolves.

I was a doubting Thomas on Fluff, but I've come around. I really wanted to think it was noob sketchiness instead of wolf sketchiness and I wanted to give her a pass. But I can't anymore. She's said too many things that have pinged me.

I'm still a bit conflicted, but here's the thing, this has dominated this cycle thus far. I can guarantee you, without a Fluff flip, it's going to keep dominating the thread until Fluff finally flips. It's better to rip the band-aid off.

I do wonder what she was hinting at though, and if that might be something that would change focus and get the thread momentum moving in a different direction.

As it stands though, there's been too much said by Fluff that I can't turn a blind eye too, and short of a compelling piece of information to make me reconsider, I need to see the flip.

Me too and then for some reason I got that mixed up with Timmy and was like "wait, TME is dead"
 
@Zenge142 upon reread I understand your logic more, but idk if its necessarily village logic? idk, maybe I'm just scared of you after your 4D chess on dubz last game lol
 
i think i’d bring zenge out of my wolfy pile if fluff flips wolf. and it would also help me to evaluate my reads on barks and samac based on their interactions with fluff.
but i’m still big sad about it. i know how much it sucks to get wolf read early on 🙁
 
But my feels from catching up yesterday:

Samac: Villager but more aggressive than I am used to (I think)?
AM: Village since she is pushing people to try and get more reads and beginning to establish a block as I have seen her do as a villager (not sure I have seen wolf AM before though)
Borky: Villager since the roll reveal and the push to defend herself up to yeet close
Dubz: More neutral up until this point
Mother Sporty: Still cannot read so I can go either way
Cubz: Was giving me a bit more of a village feel when he joined the thread
Fluff: More neutral and really not sure how I feel about her. Her wording on things are a bit shaky but she is also still a noob
True: Despite posting a lot I would still put them in my neutral pile. I want to go over what they have said so far but he seems to be in the running for highest content posters.

Everyone else I am completely unsure of
