If you don't feel like following the link and reading this directly from the website:

To qualify as a resident you need to have graduated from a MA high school or "…show proof of continuous Massachusetts residency as an independent person for a period of not less than five years immediately prior to enrollment."

tl;dr:

No you can't.

Also as a side note, the University of Massachusetts System is a division of the Massachusetts Government. The residency qualification is mandated by the state.
