Masters Degrees during service

Will the military pay for you to get certain masters degrees- MBA and MPH- during your service with an agreement that you would owe them extra time? I see many long-time dentists in the Army and Navy have MPH's and MBA's earned while they were majors or Lt. Col's. Was this all paid for by the military as part of their training for more administrative positions or did they pay out of pocket for the tuition?

Baylor has a program for the military where you can get an MBA/MHA...

It is a 2 year program, and with any educational program, you accrue an additional service obligation.
