Is it better to get a Masters of Science in Counseling or a Masters of Arts in Applied Experimental Psychology if I want to go into clinical neuropsychology?

Considering that you'll need to get a doctorate to do clinical neuropsych, I'd recommend the experimental route. Research experience is more important to doctoral programs than clinical experience.
