masters in I/O Psychology

The university I go to has a Masters level program in I/O Psychology.

My question is:

What king of job market is there for people with a Masters? What sort of pay can I expect doing that?

The I/O field is a mix of MS and Ph.D. level people. There are definitely options for MS-level people, as Ph.D.'s in I/O are far fewer. It all depends on what area you'd like to work.
