Just curious how many programs people are applying to? I am @ 13.

I applied to 20 as well. Had 17 that I'd been considering then added an extra 3 for good measure.

Just to get an idea, are you guys amg's or img's?

I'm an img with scores of 239/99 & 225/93, MPH and 2 yrs of psych research with posters but no publications, all my clinicals done in the US with great letters from psychiatrists. I also need a visa. I've applied to 31 programs so far, may up that to 40ish if I don't hear about interviews in the next 2 weeks. Any thoughts?

Your info looks good to me - shouldn't be a problem to get interviews I would think.
