Does any know what the SF Match Email looks like, whether you match or not, they send out next Tuesday at 4am PST?

Is the answer in the subject line or do you have to actually open the email?

For the past applicants that didn't match before, was the answer in the subject line?

I know the NRMP match email in the past had the subject: Did I match?

And then you actually have to read the one sentence that says you did match or not.

Guess this is how I'm exhibiting my angst regarding this process.

9 more days to go.

I'm nervous too.

In 2013 the title was "2013 Match Results" or something like that and then it said

"Congratulations, we are please to announce...."

so you had to open it and I just checked I was on eastern time then and it came at 656am

honestly this year they changed it so that your dean's office will know on 1/13... so i'm just gonna ask them whether or not i matched, and provided i did (pleasepleaseplease), where i matched :D

edit: oh wait, i just realized OP was asking about the 1/13 4am email... nevermind, i'm totally jetlagged, as this is my first day back from winter break. LOL!

Won't we most likely get a call from our future residency (hopefully!) on the 13th- thus finding out where we match on Tuesday and not Wednesday?

Maybe! Hopefully :) I'm asking my student dean to just tell me though. By email. So I can psychologically prepare myself before looking xD
