I'm interested in compiling a match list for DO schools. The only two schools that post their match list online is TUCOM and AZCOM. If you can not get a hold of the entire list (or if you can), can you post match results in Rads, EM, Derm, ENT, or other competitive specialties/programs? Please specify if it is allopathic or osteopathic, unless it is obvious. Since the match for 2002 has just been completed, I know the match results are still fresh in your minds.
From perusing SDN threads, this is what I've gathered thus far:
NYCOM:
1. 8 Allopathic Rads Matches, one at Hartford Hospital
2. Allopathic Ophtho at North Shore/NYU
3. 3 Anesthesia at Brigham & Women's Hospital
KCOM:
1. 3 Dermatology Matches, one at the Cleveland Clinic
UHS:
1. Allopathic Emergency Medicine at Wright State
TCOM:
1. PM&R at the Mayo Clinic
Anyway, I think it is important for pre-meds and current osteopathic medical students to know that DOs can and do match into competitive residency programs. The only mathches they hear about shouldn't be anecdotal stories from a friend's friend. Thank you.
