Hey everyone. I matched to a good hospital in the city, still haven't heard anything back from them since my interview. I emailed the program director a few days ago- and haven't even received a reply yet. Have all of you heard back from your programs already? I don't know anyone else that got the position there (they have a total of 4, and all positions were matched) so I don't have anyone to compare myself to. Any suggestions ?

They have up to 30 days to send out a letter. My wife called her program that day and she talked with the residency director and the pharmacy manager called her an hour later and talked to her.

I emailed my program's residency director, and I got a reply email that same day. Maybe you should try calling them.

my program director called all of us like 2-3 hours after the match results came out.

My residency director called the same day. I asked her what would happen next and she did say that I would get the contract in the mail and verified the best address to send it. So far I haven't received it yet though.

It can take a while because it all has to go through HR. I think I got mine right about the 1 mo mark.

That's because they were trying to find a way to take the acceptance away but they couldn't find a loophole.

No that would have been for my PGY2...as a matter of fact, I don't think I ever got a letter for that.

Letter arrived today.
