Do you have a career advisor in gas? It may be best to consult with them or your dean of student affairs to get a sense of where students from your school in the past have matched and what their stats looked like

I definitely think you can match. Maybe not at a major uni, but more likely a uni affiliate hospital. Many of these are quite good. I would also focus on programs where students from your school have matched and your school has a reputation. Gas was more competitive this year.

I have a friend who matched at a Harvard affiliated anesthesia program this past year with an identical step 1 score. I wouldn't stress.
