On Test 1, problem 39....The standard deviation question...
My answer is closer to C. 1.7.
The book's solution has B. 1.4 for the answer.
In their solution, they have [4+1+0+1+4]/5=2 equals variance and
the standard deviation is square root 2 equaling approx 1.4.
Isn't the denominator supposed to be n-1?
I came to [4+1+0+1+4]/[5-1] approximate equaling 1.6
Did anyone else notice this or am I wrong?
