I have a question about math grade and thier effects on acceptance. I recently bombed college algebra and it shows on my transcripts, however, i am taking higher math now like pre-cal and cal andi'm doing fairly well. Are math classes as strongly looked at as in science classes. Do all schools compile the math grade with the Science GPA?

I would think that your science courses hold more weight in the minds' of the adcoms -- but that is pure speculation. The fact that you are doing well in higher math classes is certainly positive.

However, your sci GPA, computed by AMCAS, will include your math grades.

Just do your best in the math classes you take from here on out.
