Math PreReq Question

Hey guys, i'm an engineering major and if you probably didn't know i have to take up to calc 4.

I was wondering what classes school would use as pre-reqs.
Here are my Grades
Pre-Calc-D
Calc1-C+
Calc 2-B
Calc 3-Spring
Calc 4-Fall 2012

I got a D in precal, i absolutely think its harder than calc and my college pretty much has a horrible precal grade system.

Calc 1-I was .12 from a B in calc 1 and they wouldn't give me a B so i was stuck with a C+

Calc 2- I found was ok class and got a B+.

I was wondering if schools would use Calc 1 and calc 2 instead of precalc as my pre-reqs.

My school will not let me retake precalc because i took calc.

Any thoughts and advice?

Yes, you can use Calc 1 & 2 as your math pre-reqs, that's completely fine. In fact, I think some dental schools prefer your 1 year of math is Calc.

i called BU and Stony today, bu said as long as your total science gpa is above a 3.3, its fine if you have poor grades in pre-calc and calc (they also take stats in place of one calc class.) meanwhile stony wants a B or above in calc I and II or calc I and stats. i think the only other school that wants math is u of minnesota.

i dont know of any schools that require calc 3 or 4, so you might not need to take those (unless its for your major.)
