Is there an official, standard table for the max dosage of each LA? I'm finding conflicting tables online

You shouldn’t be nearing the max dosages. Aim for nerve landmarks and if you have to do intraosseous.
An implant takes me one carpule of septocaine.
4Q S/RP takes about 4-6 carpules, but split up left/right so once you’re done on one side it’s been metabolized and you give the other side.

Are you referring to the 7.0 mg/kg versus the 4.4 mg/kg found in different textbooks?

The anesthetic dose differs if there is Epi in it or not. 1% Lido without epi is 5 mg/kg, lido with epi is 7mg/kg
