Where is the program for the Army? How competitive is it? Where do maxillofacial prosthodontists practice in the Army?

It's at Fort Sam in San Antonio. The program is located in the Oral Surgery clinic. Not sure about how competitive it is or where the graduates practice.

They first graduate as a prosthodontist and then apply for a fellowship in maxillofacial prosthodontics after. I was only aware of the program at Bethesda (Walter Reed Naval Medical Center. Typically stationed at large medical hospitals or at a large base.

Sorry, krmower, I guess the program at Ft. Sam is Air Force only. I assumed it was a joint program since the OMFS residency is and they are in the same clinic.
