When schools say we have to let them know by may 15th, do letters have to be postmarked by then, or do they have to be received by then?
 
Why wait?

But, If you are going to postmark it on that day, then I would also call them and state your intentions.
 
good luck finding a post office open on Sunday... :laugh:

Yeah I know what you mean coming up with that 300 bucks or whatever is not easy at all

I've withdrawn from 3 schools via e-mail. I haven't had any problems yet. Although some schools suck at checking their e-mails... so send a letter via snail-mail for those schools.
