May be late in submitting SLOEs for EM

I really need some good advice! Thank you in advanced!

So as of now I have 3 regular letters of recommendation (non-SLOE) and 1 SLOE.

I have two more away rotations and will hopefully get two more SLOEs. One in late Oct and one in Late Nov.

Would it hurt me to wait for the other two SLOEs to come in? Or should I perhaps submit 2 regular LOR and the 1 SLOR right now, and wait till late Oct for another SLOE?

What would be the best strategy given my situation? I just don't want to miss the opportunity to possibly interview because I waited for SLOEs that came in too late.

Any input is very much appreciated!! 🙂

I'd ask in the EM forum. They usually have some threads about SLOEs.
