mayo and baylor

I've seen a lot of talk/hope about getting into mayo and baylor. I'm trying to decide on schools to apply to next cycle, so I wanted to get people's reasons for applying to those 2.

I see that they're very cheap... but besides the money, are they compelling in any other way as compared to other top 20 schools?

Baylor has the Texas Medical Center.

Baylor also heavily favors instate TX residents besides being private, but I don't think you'll have to worry about that. Have fun next year.
