There is nothing really you can do to prepare. Know why you want to go to Mayo. Understand the tradition and values of the Mayo Clinic. Otherwise it's a fairly benign interview process, but it's a long day (7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Stay with a student if possible, you'll get a much better perspective.

When they invited you for an interview they should have sent you the e-mail of two class representatives that can hook you up with a student host.
