So does anyone have any idea do what degree your phone interview and your letters of rec contribute to them offering a personal interview? I've heard they weight 50/50.......agh I'm just really nervous amfter my phone interview.....don't want to get crushed so early!!

hang in there!

I haven't heard of anyone being rejected post phone interview yet. Also, odds are in your favor. 2:1

Hey guys,

Any advice for the phone interview? (Besides checking Interview Feedback)

Hey DC,

Where did you get those odds? Is it 2:1 that you'll receive an on campus interview invite if you received the phone interview?

Thanks!

Search for that last Mayo disc. Its definitely around that ratio after you get a phone interview. Good luck!

2/3 of the people who get phone interviews are invited on campus.

they do record, so don't script.

and i think it's probably an accurate statement that your responses to the phone interview questions are all they consider in the phone/campus cut. then for acceptances, they consider the rest of the application+the personal interview. i don't think the phone interview is considered at that point.
