Hello all,

I got an interview he and was just wondering if anyone had any information about this program. Any idea as to the fellowship placement, reputation of the program? Are the people/administration known to be resident friendly? How is Scottsdale to live in? How is the lifestyle of the program and the hospital itself?

Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Good luck to all on the Interview Trail this year.

Nobody in the mayo system who knows about this place.... come on please....
Help a poor med student in need! 😉

Sorry to annoy.

Hello

I rotated there as a resident earlier this year. The hospital is really nice. No scut work at all, things are done etc. The program is small, and the faculty are really nice and approachable. As for fellowships, I guess the residents that go there do well, as they may have the support from Mayo Rochester as well.

regards,
lf

Sorry to annoy.

I am a resident here and the reasons why I chose it:

1) Small Program

2) Majority (>80%) of hospital attendings are young guys who trained at Mayo Rochester and are going to be here for a while. They are super smart, and super-well connected for fellowships..

3) Good track record of fellowship placement

4) Great place to live..

Hope that helps..
