Mayo Upload confusion: do we submit our own photo?

The Mayo Secondary Document states "Use this tool to upload your CV, abstracts, photos, application updates, letters of interest, or any other material that you wish to bring to the attention of the Admissions Committee."

What on earth do they mean photos of? Like ourselves?

If/when you're invited for an interview at Mayo, they require you upload a photo of yourself before you schedule the interview; that's the only time I ever used that page.

Make it a nice photograph of you in your interview suit; a professional headshot like you'd have on LinkedIn.
