MBA/DVM frustrations

Ok I haven't been on this board this year, I got burnt out a bit last two cycles but hey I am back and now freaking out.

It is time to push send and this morning it occurred to me that my MBA essay sucks and I want to start over. Crazy! Keep in mind I have been fine tuning this essay for about a year and half or so. What is wrong with me? It's for Iowa supplemental.

Anyone else feeling like their essay is weak? This process is exhausting. Maybe I have read it to many times.

Yeah, I think when you have been working on an essay forever and you have read it so many times, it's almost impossible to view it objectively. Sometimes we are our own harshest critics. But sometimes we can't recognize some flaws because we are so close to it.

Maybe have some professors or friends or family look it over? People who you know are excellent writers.
