So i read through some old posts i found it very interesting the MBTI and Speciality discussion especially with the traditional pre-med students. I Google'd MBTI and Speciality and came across this article
http://prospectivedoctor.com/articl...-and-medical-specialty-what-is-the-connection
I thought it was quite interesting especially the specialty by temperament. I am an ENTJ. i took the Myers- Briggs test in grad school( the really long version!). I have a strong interest in Cardiology and Internal medicine=) I'm not sure how accurate this information is, but it's fun to read.
I'm curious if other non-traditional students took the real test ( not the online version)? If so what is your personality?
I'm also curious if the test is given in Medical schools as well? I remembered back in grad school we were assigned teams based on personality.
I've always thought they are far more introverts than extroverts in medical schools, I could be wrong. I know most online forums tend to have more participation from introverts than extroverts.
If you decide medicine is not for you well you can consider other career options based on your personality🙂
