Just got my MCAT scores today. PS 11, BS 9, VR 7.
I really blew it on VR and WS K. English is my second language.
I graduated in 2007 B.S in Clinical Laboratory Science cGPA 3.69, with very decent science grades.
should I retake the MCAT or do I still have a chance for allopathic or osteopathic schools.
I have been working as a medical technologist for the past 5 years. I am originally from Egypt but apparently that does not make me a minority, and I do not wan to rely on that as well. I am 32 and married, not sure if any of these factors would weigh in.
thanks in advance
thanks for the quick reply, there is a basic website that you plug in your numbers and it calculates how competitive. it shows that my scores are competitive for Howard and another allopathic school in AK. are those just too hopeful assumptions since my VR is low?
