I'm sure it depends on the specific accommodations. If they were granted to you (approved by the AAMC I'm guessing) then they likely have valid worth or medical purposes.

Having juice to help regulate your diabetes? I'm sure that's understandable.
Having extra time given to you because you have been diagnosed with ADD? That might not look as good (regarding your scores).

But then again, I don't know for sure.
