Howdy folks im new to the forums, so whats up! I look forward to browsing this place on a daily basis! =P. Im planning on applying to pod schools this coming september and i just had a question about the application process.

Im going to take an mcat prep course this summer after i graduate in the spring and now that the mcat will be offered online like 20 times during the year or something I was gonna take it the end of august probably right before sending my application out.

So my question is.....do schools still grant interviews and or acceptance before receiving Mcat scores? Or do i need to wait for my mcat scores to come back before i even send out my info? Do different schools work it different? Any info would be awesome thanks!

That would be decided on a school-by-school basis but I'm pretty sure that some of the programs would still grant you an interview. However, with the changes taking place to the MCAT, schools MAY BE less understanding. I would consider taking it a bit earlier if I were you just to ensure that there are no "hold-ups".
