MCAT in July, August or wait until next year?

I think you can pull it up with some work. You're doing great in VR which is by far the hardest section to improve in, and typically the cause of people's low scores. The fact that you've got a great score in your VR practice tests means that you've already gotten past the biggest hurdle on the MCAT.

The sciences are relatively easy to pull up, you just have to study your ass off. What I would (or rather "am doing") is to identify where your weak spots in each subject are and then hammer those down. If it's the case that you're weak in nearly everything, then you should hold off on taking the test until you get a better handle on the content.
