Mcat ochem help!

I am studying for mcat ochem, and I was wondering if EK OCHEM would be enough. I just dont see the point in memorizing unnecessary reactions that the kaplan big book has. Its just that EK looks a lot more condensed, and to the point. My question is would EK be just enough?

I found EK to be sufficient when paired with practice tests. It gives the basic info you need, then the practice tests solidify your understanding of that material.

EK bio book is CRAP! Take a look at practice AAMC exams and tell me honestly you can answer the questions by studying EK Bio alone.

I'd suggest supplementing EK Orgo with Princeton Review or Kaplan. I don't think you need to take two semester of orgo in order to do well on MCAT ochem (since there are only one or two passages on the recent exams). But yes, I do think that EK orgo isn't enough and I think you should get try to get other review material if possible 🙂.
