In the video, he says (2:15) that the AAMC sent many schools a letter telling them that, among other things, they're working to add more test dates (which they already did) and possibly expediting MCAT scores so that some students don't have a disadvantage this app cycle (3:00).

I was wondering if there was any faculty that could corroborate how true it is they received this letter from the AAMC?

From AAMC's official web site You are being redirected... it says that "...the AAMC is working with the schools as they begin to prepare for later test score availability for the upcoming application cycle."

Do you think there is a possibility that MCAT scores will be released earlier than normal (e.g. before a month), or than they may take longer than a month this year to be released?

I know this may be highly speculative, but wanted some insight.

Why does it matter at this point? If they do move it earlier, it might be a week at most, and they would let everyone know. Worry about things then and instead focus on studying/taking the MCAT.
