I know the MCAT exam is CBT, but are you given a test booklet as well? I like to underline/circle things while I read or cross out answer choices that are incorrect, and I don't see that being a possibility if everything is on-screen.

You can highlight the text on screen and cross out answer choices by clicking on them. Try taking AAMC 3 (free) at e-mcat.com, you'll get a feel for the tools available in the test.

Sorry for the stupid question but you can use as much scratch paper as you want right? Because I'm the type of person who only writes couple of stuff and change the paper because I tend to get frustrated if I see a lot of writing on the paper that I'm trying to solve a question on.

Yes, you can use as much scratch paper as you want but you can only use one booklet at a time. They give you scratch paper in "booklets" which I think is four pages. You can refill during breaks or just raise your hand and the testing center person will come and give you new pencils/scratch paper.

Thank you. One final question...am I allowed to write anything down during the tutorial? I wanted to write the important formulas and things before exam start and before I forget it.

I thought i would use a lot of scratch paper too, but surprisingly I only used 1 page for PS section... When taking the test, you don't want to write too many things down, because writing too much = losing precious time.

A trick I use sometimes when I fill about 1/3 or half of one page, I turn it up side down then use the blank space so that whatever I wrote before wouldn't distract me too much.

p.s., I hate the pencil they gave me. Those were the worst pencils. I could barely see what i was writing. So prepare for that!
