Taking this baby on Friday. Just wanted to vent.

Topics I hate:

fluids & solids
optics
redox chemistry
solubility
VR passages on political philosophy or economics
Essay topics on political philosophy or economics
hormones
carbonyl reactions

i ABSOLUTELY despise optics thank god it didn't show up on my MCAt May 11th

can i add to the list?

-pulleys
-fischer projections
-passages about writers, how they write and how the author views their writing

after friday FRREEEEDOMMM!

Yes, pulleys and optics! I didn't have pulleys on my MCAT (thank GOD), but I had optics - not too many questions, though. It was this passage from hell as far as topics were concerned - it was smth about a camera (i.e. optics) connected to an electric circuit (electricity). But it was actually pretty easy even though I got pretty intimidated after reading it. Got a 12 on that section, somehow! I guessed on one of the optics questions (smth about whether the lens was converging/concave/whatever). But I almost **** myself when I first saw the word "lens."

Pulleys are Machines of the Devil.:scared:

Passages about writers, authors, and geology.
Optics.
Most biology passages.
Most organistry.

No optics on the 5/11 test?

Crap, does that mean that I am doomed to seeing a whole damn passage on it? *gulp*

More topics I hate:
torque
magnetism
acids and bases

i would like to second the hatred about passages about geology. im hoping there will be a passage on picasso and how he had to relearn to draw like a child. torque and equilibrium of any kind (translational or rotational) BLOW.

Oh man I meant to include artists in my list. I missed that Picasso passage hard.

all that are non-medical related. especially the VR tests where I read one passage about ergonomics. BORING!!!! Now, what school am I taking this test for.....

I'd be wary of this thread. I told my friend my three weakest topics the night before my test and of course two of the topics were whole passages and the other topic had two discrete questions on it.

I would like to add acid/base chemistry and titrations to that list as well! aarggg 😡

How about we add everything dealing with science and anything dealing with reading. I would rather be sippin' on some beers watching tv on my patio right about now instead of studying.
