Yes, PAT and QR.
Also is there only one practice test available
Are you referring to an official practice test? like AAMC for MCAT?
I believe there's only one set of practice test provided my ADA (2009) that you can purchase.
But there are tons of other practice tests you can choose like Qvault, Bootcamp, Destroyer, Crack the DAT.

Why in the world are you going to take both? Decide on a career path first and then take the entrance exam that corresponds to it. You're not planning to apply to both programs at the same time, are you?
Dentistry and medicine are pretty different. I suggest you do your research.

There's no reason anyone should take both. Make a decision about your future and don't waste the time/money.
whats really so different, I am kind of in the same boat, but may be taking the MCAT...
I obviously have my opinions why they are different, but what has the "research" showed you?
How I feel about the two career paths and what my motives are isn't really relevant to how you feel about them and what your motives are. I'm pre-dental. That means that overall I like aspects of the dental profession better than I like aspects of the medical profession.
If you're unsure about how being a dentist and being a physician differ, I suggest you shadow different specialties of both and try to get a feel for what each type of professional does and what the different options are within each field. Then do some soul-searching and decide which career path you think will make you happiest. Nothing beats figuring these things out for yourself and it's a much better use of your time to determine which career you want than to spend the time and money to take two entrance exams, apply to both dental and medical school, and to flip a coin to decide which career path to take. 😛

They are two completely different things.
