Does anyone know how the writing sample is graded? What do the letters indicate? what is a good score? Do med schools really look at this section of the mcat? Thanks.

Its graded J-T, with T being the highest which corresponds to a six average from both readers on each essay. From what Ive heard, med schools really only use it as a tiebreaker. My advisor has told me that there is a good correlation between WS score and 3rd year performance, but how? I have no idea.
