How my schools pre-med commitee works is I must submit 5 total letters of rec (3 professors, 2 pesonal), along with my verified AMCAS app, and personal statement. The committee looks at everything and then writes a composite letter and sends it to the school. They also send all 5 letters, along with the main commitee letter.
My school of choice is the Medical College of Georgia which states that three letters of recommendation include one from the Pre-Health Advisory committee from the undergraduate institution and two personal references are required.
WIll I have to submit ANOTHER two more recommendations, along with the 5 I submitteed for the pre-med committee?? Or will they get the commitee letter, along with the five other letters and the letter requirements already be met?
My pre-med advisor told me along with the pre-med committee letter, when I do my secondarys I'll be required to submit ANOTHER letter or two to fullfuill the requirement? Is this true?! Panic attack.
