mcgill intl applicant decisions

so....i got a weird email from mcgill today about a spot on the waitlist...anyone else get this? it was addressed to someone else...but my status on minerva changed to waitlist so i guess that means the letter should have been addressed to me... what i'm actually wondering is how many intl ppl they waitlist. i.e. do they accept 12, and waitlist the other 28 interviewed applicants? i know i have to call tomorrow...but i'm thinking about it while i should be studying poli sci..
