Hello! I'm hand scoring an MCMI-III. I'm doing the A/D adjustment and I can't figure out whether you're supposed to use the initial BR scores for A and D to adjust or if you use the current adjusted BRs (after the Disclosure adjustments). I suspect that you're supposed the use the initial BRs but the manual is really not clear on this. Thanks!

Why are you not using the mcmi iv?? Also, computerized scoring is a much better use of your time. Sorry for the snarky comment, I'm just shocked people are handscoring self reports.

Could be for training purposes? Otherwise, it just poor practice, IMO.

Humans error, and you cant change that no matter how much you may want to. One psych/neuropsych assessment supervisor used top tell me: "accuracy is the name of the game in neuropsych."
