Any thoughts about accepting or not accepting assignment? Pros and Cons. ...and under which situations this is feasible,e.g. rural community and you are the only provider (no assignment) or big city, where you are a dime a dozen (accept assignment)

The net gain in fees is a tad over 9%. I would imagine that the loss in volume would overwhelm any benefit from that 9% unless you have a captive audience.
